For anyone who might care, a while back I posted some turnarounds for a film idea I have called, 'Big Freakin Robots'.
(See links here, and here to find out what I'm talking about.) Because of my commitment to other projects and priorities, I haven't gotten really far with the film since that post. While the drawings sit there staring me in the face, I start looking at the weaknesses, and only remember the weaknesses in those designs... slowly going mad and wondering if the designs could even work all together. Then about a week ago I was given an amazing surprise! A super talented sculpture artist, former artist for
Aardman Animation, current industrial artist for
CMA Moldform, and all around great person from the United Kingdom, sent me an email. She introduced herself as
Kate Berry and that she had made a sculpt and cast of my Janitor character.

Now I don't have the writings skills or poetry of tongue to properly say how flattered and impressed I am with her work, so I ask you to please leave her a message when you go to her site letting her know how great she is.
